Zhejiang Changli Forging Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995, specialized in producing die forging parts and machining parts for automobile, motorcycle, engineering machinery, etc. The company located in the most advanced industrial district in Rui’an, has obtained ISO/TS 16949:2009.

Hunan Zhengrong Machinery Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2001 with registered capital of 15 million RMB. It is located in south outskirts of Zhuzhou City, next to No. 320 national way and Zhuzhou railway station.

 

The Company is professional in producing Variable Speed Shift Fork for heavy-duty truck and car, Lower Link Board and Bearing Pole Assemble for motorcycle, etc. Hunan Zhengrong Machinery Co.,Ltd. has obtained ISO/TS 16949/2009 and has 450 employees within 80 intermediate and high technical staff.

 

The factory owns 12 CNC boring machine, CNC milling machine, CNC Lathe machining production lines and 3 630T---1000T Friction Press Machine forging production lines. The annual output value is 95 million RMBs with the annual yield of 3.8 million pieces machining parts, with 450 advanced facilities in mould forming, assembly, heat treatment and inspection.

Anhui Kaiyu Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in Dec., 2004, specialized in producing forging and machining parts,with investment of 120 million RMBs. It is located in High and New Technical Development Area in Wuhu, occupies 38,000 m2 land area. The company has obtained ISO/TS 16949:2009. The company has 420 employees within 70 intermediate and high technical staff.

 

Anhui Kaiyu Machinery Co., Ltd. owns 500 production and inspection machines, which includes five 16,000KN, 10,000KN, 6,300KN, 4,000KN Friction Press Machine forging production lines, ten CNC and CNC lathe machining production line, six auto-heat treatment lines, and three moulding & assembly lines. The output value is 150 million RMB with annual yield of 8,000 tons Forging parts and 3.7 million machining parts

Changli Forging Co., Ltd. was founded in June, 2008 with registered capital of 50 million and total investment 250 million RMBs, will occupy 100,000 m2 land areas. It is located in Donghe Industrial Area, Economic Development Zone of Qingyang, next to No.318 national way, No.103 Provincial road, Tongpu Port, Tongjiu Railway and He’tong’huang High Way.

 

The factory has obtained ISO/TS 16949:2009, and has 200 employees within 60 senior managers. After total investment, the factory will own more than 450set equipments which include twenty-eight 400T----6,300T production lines with domestic advaced forging equipment, such as Electric Screw Friction Press Machine, Hot Die Forging Machine, Electro-hydraulic Hammer, etc., also own the facilities of Physical testing and chemical analysis, CNC Machining Center and Three Dimensional Measuring Machine, Production line of mould development and heat treatment. The annual output value is 600 million RMB.
